These are our terms and conditions for merchandise ordered through this website and are intended for use by UK resident customers only. Before placing your order, please read the terms and conditions below
These TERMS and CONDITIONS are subject to changes at any time. As for ordered merchandise, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
1. Agreement of sale
A contract is formed between Exquiss and you the customer when your order is accepted, processed and dispatched and we have received payment of your credit/debit card payment. You may not cancel or vary your order once it has been accepted. Please note prices and merchandise availability is subject to change without notice. Where appropriate, delivery charges will apply depending on the option you choose.
2. Website Information
Any pictures, descriptions or any other information contained in this website are for general information and guidance without any guarantee. There may be a slight difference between the products shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you. This does not affect their purpose, quality or price.
3. Payment
Payment for ordered merchandise can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you placed your order with all payments taken in pounds sterling. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received. All purchases are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
4. DELIVERY TIMES – UK Only
The ordered goods will be delivered to the indicated UK address entered by the original purchaser on your online order. We have only ONE delivery option below
• Standard Express Delivery (Flat fee ₤5.00)
This will take 2 to 3 working days of your order being accepted. This will be delivered by special delivery requiring a signature.
Please note there may be delays to your delivery during festive periods such as New Year, Christmas and Easter. If you have not received an item within 10 working days, please contact us.
All delivery dates and costs are quotes and subject to change without liability for defect or loss related to the delivery except the quoted delivery time.
5. REFUND
We comprehend there are times you may need to return our products. We will provide refunds on the basis that you return the goods to us in its original condition and packaging, unused, unworn, undamaged.
Please follow the return process below
• Before you return the item, you must write or email us to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you received the product(s). A working day refers to all weekdays except weekends, public and bank holidays in the UK.
• Please return the goods to the address on your invoice also shown below Ad- 1 Furzehill road, Borehamwood. London. WD6 2DG
• Once we receive the goods, we will refund you via cheque within 14 days of receipt.
6. Goods Availability & Prices
Please note that all orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. Also prices shown on the website are indicative only and are subject to change. For example, addition of delivery cost which is clearly displayed during checkout. If any ordered goods are not readily available, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you a refund.
7. Exchange
Please notify us via email (info@exquiss.co.uk) if you require an exchange and we will action within 10 working days of receiving the item. For the first exchange, we will pay the postage costs; subsequent costs for the same item will paid for by you the consumer.
8. Liability
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
We shall not be responsible to you for any indirect, direct or any other damages whatsoever through the use of this website. This includes business failure such as loss of profits or any substantial damage arising from any failure to supply the merchandise in accordance with the contract.
9. Variation and Website Maintenance
Exquiss shall have the right in its absolute prudence to edit, remove or change the products and services at any time without notice. We will endeavour to minimise any lengthy periods of maintenance.
10. Website abuse and misuse
Persons are prohibited from misuse or abuse of our website information intentionally either via unauthorized access with intent to commit malicious damage or facilitate commission of further offences. This based on the Computer misuse Act 1990. which you must adhere. Any misuse will be taking seriously and reported.
11. Account Information
Customers are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details (username, password) and access to their computers.
12. UK LAWS
The laws of UK, England and English courts or laws of where you live will have jurisdiction over the any disagreement in the contract formed by our confirmation of your order.
